2.5 Eligibility and Age Limitation: Services and digital products are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you meet this age requirement. If found otherwise, services will be terminated, and access revoked with refunds issued for undelivered portions.

3. DELIVERY

3.1 Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment, and services are provided per agreed timelines.

3.2 Delivery is made to the email or account provided by the customer during purchase.

3.3 Delivery is deemed complete once the digital product or service is made accessible to the customer.

4. PRICES, PAYMENT METHODS, AND SECURITY

4.1 Prices: All prices are in US Dollars, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders remain unaffected.

4.2 Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal, accepting major credit and debit cards.

4.3 Security of Transactions: YOUR TECHIE ISABEL prioritizes secure transactions. Payment processing responsibility lies with Stripe and PayPal under their encryption and security protocols.

5. VIEWING PERIOD / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / REFUND POLICY

5.1 Customers may withdraw from consumer purchases within 14 days unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Exceptions to withdrawal rights include custom or personalized digital products and services where work has commenced with consent.

5.4 Revisions will be deducted from the purchased hourly bundles.

5.5 Upon withdrawal, customers are responsible for costs incurred before cancellation.

6. DATA MANAGEMENT AND PRIVACY

6.1 YOUR TECHIE ISABEL collects and processes customer data in compliance with GDPR and applicable laws. Data usage details are outlined in the PRIVACY POLICY.

7. WARRANTY

7.1 YOUR TECHIE ISABEL guarantees that digital products and services meet agreed-upon performance and quality standards.

7.2 Issues must be reported within 14 days of access for resolution.

7.3 Resolution methods include rectification, replacement, or compensation up to the invoice value.

8. OFFERS

8.1 Offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated.

8.2 YOUR TECHIE ISABEL may amend offers within 3 days of acceptance.

8.3 Offers containing errors are not binding.

9. AGREEMENT

9.1 Agreements are confirmed only after order feasibility assessment. Advance payments may be required.

9.2 Payments are due within 14 days of service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

10.1 Customers must provide accurate information and materials required for service execution. Feedback delays beyond agreed timelines may affect service delivery schedules.

10.2 Purchased hour bundles must be used within their respective timeframes:

• 10-Hour Bundle: Use within 2 months.

• 20-Hour Bundle: Use within 3 months.

• 40-Hour Bundle: Use within 4 months.

10.3 Additional services such as business mentorship, tutorials, or step-by-step guidance beyond the included video call are billed at $99/hour.

11. IMAGES AND SPECIFICATIONS

11.1 Website images and specifications are indicative and not grounds for compensation or cancellation.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

12.1 Digital Products: Non-custom digital products are licensed for personal/business use unless they come with PLR (Private Label Rights) or MRR (Master Resale Rights). Modifications or redistribution without permission are prohibited otherwise.

12.2 Custom Services: Ownership of custom services transfers to the customer upon full payment. Customers may use, modify, and distribute these deliverables freely.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

13.1 YOUR TECHIE ISABEL is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events.

13.2 Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods), governmental actions, pandemics, power outages, internet disruptions, and unforeseen personal emergencies. These events are beyond reasonable control and may affect service timelines.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14.1 YOUR TECHIE ISABEL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of services or products.

14.2 Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

15.1 These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Lisbon, Portugal, conducted by CACCL, with decisions binding on both parties.
