The human behind Your Techie Isabel.

Born in Lisbon, Portugal, my childhood took me to Dubai, U.A.E. Growing up in a vibrant, multicultural environment gave me a deep appreciation for different perspectives and opportunities.

Over more than a decade, I worked in fast-paced marketing environments, including work with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Regency Dubai, Nakheel, Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge. As an Account Executive at an advertising agency, I also worked on client accounts for Chanel, L’Oréal, and Nivea. These experiences developed my skills in strategy, branding, and communication.

Then life changed. After a complicated birth, my youngest daughter’s life began in a way we never expected. She now lives with cerebral palsy and a 92% disability. Soon after, I became a single mom of two and needed a way to work that could adapt to significant and changing caregiving responsibilities.

I began by working as a professional newborn and maternity photographer, but as my daughter grew older and needed more care, I needed a different path, one that would let me work from home and be there for her. She is the reason I do what I do.

That was when I discovered the power of online business. It was not an overnight transformation. It was a practical, gradual reinvention, using the skills I already had and learning the digital tools that could help me build something sustainable.
