Your Focus Week is scheduled in advance and completed asynchronously. Before it begins, we agree on one primary outcome and a realistic list of secondary tasks. It is not an unlimited-task service. Content and system access must be supplied before the reserved week. Software subscriptions, paid assets, complex custom development, advertising management and unrelated new requests are not included.

Hi, I'm Isabel, founder of Your Techie Isabel. I'm a Portugal-based digital operations and no-code systems professional with more than twenty years of experience across international corporate marketing, hospitality, client experience, sales, team leadership and business ownership.

Yes. I am based in Portugal and provide remote support to English-speaking small businesses across Europe and worldwide.
Do you work asynchronously?
Yes. Most communication and delivery can happen through email and shared documents, with clearly agreed tasks and deadlines. A short initial call is available when useful.
Which platforms do you work with?
My strongest no-code platform is Systeme.io. I also work with familiar website, email, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Canva-based workflows. Tell me which tools you use and I will confirm whether I can support them.
What can be completed during a Focus Week?
That depends on the complexity of the work and whether your content and system access are ready. Before booking, we agree on one primary outcome and a realistic list of secondary tasks. I will not promise more than can be completed and tested properly within the reserved week.
Does a Focus Week include unlimited tasks or constant access?
No. A Focus Week reserves my implementation priority across the agreed week, but it is not unlimited work or round-the-clock availability. The approved scope, communication arrangements and expected outcomes are confirmed before the week begins.
Will you need access to my systems?
Usually, yes. Access should be provided securely using each platform’s user or collaborator features whenever possible. Please do not send passwords through ordinary email.
