Your Focus Week is scheduled in advance and completed asynchronously. Before it begins, we agree on one primary outcome and a realistic list of secondary tasks. Your Focus Week is confirmed only after the agreed reservation or full payment has been received, and implementation begins once the full balance has cleared. It is not an unlimited-task service and it does not promise to build an entire business in one week. Your decisions, content, assets and appropriate system access must be supplied by the agreed date. Software subscriptions, paid assets, complex custom development, advertising management, full brand strategy, extensive copywriting and unrelated new requests are not included.

Hi, I'm Isabel, founder of Your Techie Isabel. I help small business owners, creators and caregiver-led ventures turn defined digital projects into organised, working systems. As a single mom and family caregiver, I also understand the value of clear scope, asynchronous communication and technology that supports real life instead of taking it over.
I also bring more than twenty years of experience across international corporate marketing, hospitality, client experience, sales, team leadership and business ownership.
Since 2023, I've independently delivered websites, sales funnels, email campaigns, CRM organisation, online courses and digital products for remote clients. Before that, I spent fourteen years managing the complete operations of my own photography studio.

Can you help me if I am only just starting my business?
Yes. You do not need an established business, a finished website or a large audience. You do need one reasonably clear offer or project idea and the willingness to provide the decisions, content and feedback needed for implementation. We will confirm a realistic primary outcome before you book.
Do you work with businesses in Portugal, across Europe and worldwide?
Yes. I am based in Portugal and provide remote support to English-speaking small businesses, coaches, creators, service providers, purpose-led organisations and caregiver-led ventures across Europe and worldwide.
Do you work asynchronously?
Yes. Most communication and delivery can happen through email and shared documents, with clearly agreed tasks and deadlines. A short initial call is available when useful.
Which platforms do you work with?
My strongest no-code platform is Systeme.io. I also work with familiar website, email, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Canva-based workflows. Tell me which tools you use and I will confirm whether I can support them.
What can be completed during a Focus Week?
That depends on the complexity of the work and whether your content and system access are ready. Before booking, we agree on one primary outcome and a realistic list of secondary tasks. I will not promise more than can be completed and tested properly within the reserved week.
Can I pay for my Focus Week in two parts?
Yes. After your project scope and dates have been approved, you may pay $648.50 to reserve your Focus Week and the remaining $648.50 seven calendar days before implementation begins. This is not a monthly payment plan. The full balance must clear before work starts. You may also pay the complete $1,297 when booking.
Does a Focus Week include unlimited tasks or constant access?
No. A Focus Week reserves my implementation priority across the agreed week, but it is not unlimited work or round-the-clock availability. The approved scope, communication arrangements and expected outcomes are confirmed before the week begins.
Will you need access to my systems?
Usually, yes. Access should be provided securely using each platform’s user or collaborator features whenever possible. Please do not send passwords through ordinary email.
