2. GENERAL

2.1 These terms apply to all digital product and service offerings by YOUR TECHIE ISABEL. 2.2 By ordering, you agree with these terms. YOUR TECHIE ISABEL may modify these terms, which will be reflected on this website. 2.3 YOUR TECHIE ISABEL does not recognize third-party terms unless agreed in writing. 2.4 YOUR TECHIE ISABEL ensures digital products and services meet the offer specifications. 2.5Eligibility and Age Limitation: Services and digital products are intended for individuals 18 years or older. If a user is under 18, services will be terminated with an immediate refund and return/deactivation of any delivered products. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with YOUR TECHIE ISABEL. 3. SERVICES AND HOURLY BUNDLES

3.1Scope of Services: Services will be performed as mutually agreed upon in writing. Hours worked are deducted from the hourly bundle purchased by the Client. 3.2Hourly Bundle Options:

• 1 Hour: $35 (valid for 1 month)

• 10-Hour Bundle: $300 (valid for 2 months)

• 20-Hour Bundle: $560 (valid for 3 months)

• 40-Hour Bundle: $1,000 (valid for 4 months)

3.3Payment Terms: Payment must be made in advance via the website order form. Invoices are generated automatically upon purchase. 3.4Unused Hours: Unused hours expire after the specified validity period and are non-refundable. 3.5 Mentorship, tutorials, or training sessions are not included in hourly bundles and will be billed separately at $99/hour.

4. DELIVERY

4.1 Digital products are delivered immediately; services are provided as per the agreed timeline. 4.2 Delivery is deemed complete once the product or service is sent to the customer. 4.3 Delivery is made to the email address provided by the customer.

5. REVISIONS AND ADDITIONAL HOURS

5.1 Revisions are included within the purchased hourly bundle and deducted accordingly. 5.2 Should additional hours be required beyond the purchased bundle, the Client may purchase additional time at the standard hourly rate of $35 or buy another hourly bundle.

6. PRICES, PAYMENT METHODS, AND SECURITY

6.1Prices: All prices are in US Dollars and subject to corrections for errors. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 6.2Payment Methods: Payments are processed through secure gateways, including Stripe and PayPal. 6.3Security of Transactions: Transactions are secured using advanced encryption technology. Responsibility for transaction security rests with Stripe and PayPal. 6.4Late Payments: Payments for additional charges not made on time may incur a $25 fee for each 7-day overdue period.

7. VIEWING PERIOD / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / REFUND POLICY

7.1 Customers may cancel consumer purchases within 14 days of access without reason. 7.2 Exceptions include services begun with consent within seven days, price-variable goods/services, and custom/personalized digital products. This includes the following services:

• Website/Blog Support Services: Including website/blog design/creation, updating, and SEO setup.

• Online Marketing Support: Covering email marketing setup, opt-in form creation, and sales funnel creation.

• Multimedia Support: Including logo & brand design, image editing, video & audio editing.

7.3 Due to the tailored nature of these services, they are not eligible for refunds once work has commenced. 7.4 Upon withdrawal, customers are responsible for costs incurred up to cancellation.

8. DATA MANAGEMENT AND PRIVACY

8.1Data Protection Compliance: YOUR TECHIE ISABEL commits to protecting and respecting your privacy. All customer data obtained through orders or other interactions with our services will be collected, stored, processed, and managed in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data protection laws.

8.2Data Usage: The data collected from customers may include personal information necessary for processing orders, providing services, and improving customer experience. This data will be used solely for the purposes for which it was collected and as outlined in our PRIVACY POLICY.

9. WARRANTY

9.1 YOUR TECHIE ISABEL ensures digital products/services meet agreed performance, reliability, and quality standards.

9.2 Customers must report any issues within 14 days of access.

7.3 YOUR TECHIE ISABEL will address valid complaints by rectification, replacement, or compensation, limited to the invoice amount.

9. COMMUNICATION AND TIMELINES

9.1 Communication will primarily occur via email. 9.2 Clients are entitled to one complimentary 60-minute video call per hourly bundle. Additional calls will be deducted from the hourly bundle. Calls for mentorship, tutorials, or step-by-step training are not included in the bundle and are separately billed at $99/hour. 9.3 Prompt communication by the Client is required to avoid delays.

10. OFFERS

10.1 Offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise.

10.2 YOUR TECHIE ISABEL may withdraw or change offers within 3 days of acceptance.

10.3 Only written confirmations bind YOUR TECHIE ISABEL.

10.4 Repeat orders do not automatically receive offer benefits.

10.5 YOUR TECHIE ISABEL is not bound by offers with obvious mistakes.

10.6 Additions, changes and / or further agreements are only valid if agreed in writing.

11. CUSTOMER RESPOSIBILITIES

11.1 The customer is responsible for providing all accurate and necessary information, content, and materials required for "Your Techie Isabel" to commence and complete the service. Failure to provide such information in a timely manner may result in delays or inability to deliver the service.

11.2 The customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of the services provided by "Your Techie Isabel."

12. IMAGES AND SPECIFICATIONS

12.1 Website images and specifications are approximate and not grounds for compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

13.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

13.1Non-Custom Products: Intellectual property rights in non-customized digital products remain the property of YOUR TECHIE ISABEL unless specified with PLR (Private Label Rights) or MRR (Master Resale Rights). 13.2Custom Deliverables: Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom products/services transfer to the Client. 13.3 Completed work may be showcased in portfolio or marketing materials after publication by the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. RESELLER PRIVATE LABEL RIGHTS TERMS OF USE FOR DFY DIGITAL PRODUCTS

14.1 By purchasing a DFY digital product with reseller private label rights from YOUR TECHIE ISABEL, you are granted a special license to use and repurpose the content in your own business, subject to the terms below:

Your License Allows You to:

• Sell for 100% of the profits

• Use for personal purposes

• Package/bundle with other products

• Modify, change, or edit the content

• Modify graphics and cover

• Break into separate sections

• Add into paid membership sites and coaching programs

• Create audio/video products

• Claim ownership with your branding

• Give away for free as incentives

• Use for list building

• Print/publish offline

• Sell Personal, Resale, Master Resale, and Private Label Rights

Your License Does NOT Allow You to:

• Upload on Kindle or similar platforms

• Use any non-included content, graphics, descriptions, social media content, and videos relating to the product, unless explicitly stated

14.2 For clarity, content not included within the DFY digital product itself remains copyrighted and is the property of YOUR TECHIE ISABEL or its suppliers. Usage of such materials is restricted to the provisions of these Terms of Use. 15. TERMINATION

15.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Refunds for unused hours are provided only if YOUR TECHIE ISABEL terminates the agreement. 15.2 If terminated due to the Client’s non-compliance or breach, all fees are non-refundable.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

16.1 YOUR TECHIE ISABEL is not liable for non-fulfillment due to force majeure.

16.2 Force majeure includes external causes and circumstances beyond reasonable control.

16.3 In force majeure, YOUR TECHIE ISABEL may suspend or dissolve the agreement, or amend it for feasibility.

16.4 Partial fulfillment can be invoiced separately.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

16.1 YOUR TECHIE ISABEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the digital products and services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party related to the digital products and services; (iii) any content obtained from or through the digital products and services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not YOUR TECHIE ISABEL has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

16.2 In addition, YOUR TECHIE ISABEL is not responsible for any failures attributable to software or hardware not provided by us, network or internet problems, or any system incompatibilities and issues. This limitation includes, but is not limited to, the functionality, performance, and quality of the digital products and services we provide.

16.3 This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive any termination or expiration of this agreement or your use of YOUR TECHIE ISABEL services or products provided.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

17.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Lisbon, Portugal, conducted by the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (CACCL). The arbitration shall be conducted in the Portuguese language, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts for the enforcement of the arbitration award. 18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

18.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement. Amendments must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
